Return & Refund policy

Our Refund Policy offers only these scenarios in which you can either exchange or refund a product:

 Incorrect Product Delivered to Customer:

  • If a customer receives the wrong product.
  • Upon receiving the incorrect product, we will either dispatch the correct item or process a refund within 7 working days.
  • The product must be unused and the packaging should be undamaged.
  • It should be in its original sealed packaging.
  • All accompanying documents like purchase receipt, price tags, labels, warranty card, and accessories must be returned with the product.

 Receipt of Damaged Goods by Customer:

  • Customers can request a refund for damaged goods, but they must provide video evidence.
  • It is recommended that customers record a video while unpacking their delivery, serving as proof of any damage.
  • Refund eligibility requires providing video proof before unboxing the product.

 Order cannot be cancelled once placed. However, In the case of change of mind, customer has to inform us in no more than 2 days after the delivery of the product and ship back the product to us.Shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Refund or exchange will be arranged in 7days after we receive the product.
